We suggest that you arrive at least 15mins prior to your SPA appointment to allow yourself time to change and relax. This is the best preparation for a wonderful SPA experience.

Bath robes and slippers are provided in your private SPA suite. You may wish to wear your own underwear or we can provide you with hygienic disposable briefs, our therapist will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.
It is recommended that men shave 4hrs before the facial treatement.
Kindly do not smoke in the SPA it is a place of tranquility
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. A 4 hour prior cancellation notice will help pass on the reserved slot to our next valued customer.
